Who we are
TradiePro is a scheduling and invoicing tool built for solo tradespeople. We are operated by an independent developer based in Trinidad and Tobago.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and the business information you provide during onboarding (business name, licence number). When you use the app we store the jobs, clients, invoices and booking requests you create. We do not sell this data to anyone.
How we use it
We use your data to run the app — showing you your jobs, sending invoice emails to your clients, and managing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Emails
We send transactional emails only — job confirmations, invoice notifications, and trial reminders. You will not receive marketing emails unless you opt in.
Your data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
